Alameda Hospital Foundation 5k & 10K

The event launches the Island Race Series, benefiting the Alameda Hospital Foundation, at the Harbor Bay Ferry Terminal. Participants can join either a run along scenic trails with views of the bay and coast. The course includes a path along Harbor Bay Parkway and the bay trail, with an aid station for longer distance participants. Post-run refreshments include beer, water, and energy drinks, accompanied by music, food, and awards for age group winners. The atmosphere is designed to be community-focused while supporting the foundation.
