Conquer the Cave 5K

The race takes place in a scenic valley with stunning mountain views, beginning with a course that leads into a prominent cave system in the Southeast. Inside the cave, runners will use glow sticks and enjoy decorative lighting. The outdoor temperature typically ranges from 54F to 79F, while inside the cave, it's a constant 58F. Participants are organized into multiple waves of 200 runners due to the cave's capacity. It's important to choose the same wave as friends or family during registration to ensure running together, as changes to wave assignments are not possible.
