About the event
From a grand setting high above the valley below, we will provide 100% PureTrail races in the most wonderful woodland. pureTrail’s first foray into the Big Woods of Fingle. Races start and finish at the iconic Castle Drogo, Dartmoor.
A 10 km race combined with a tough half marathon route means there’s a race for everyone and our bespoke event medals too!
The trails go deep and steep. Down to the depths of the Teign River Valley, then rising above the Fingle treeline. Two extremely tough Woodland Trail Races.
The courses are fully marked and marshalled by runners for runners. First aiders running the course route, at aid stations and at race HQ.
Our trademark trophies for the winners and runners up. Our bespoke t-shirts can be purchased separately.
