George Freedom Days Run

Join in for a Fun Run/Walk showcasing the scenic Recreation trail in and around George, IA, starting and finishing at picturesque Locker Park. Proceeds support trail system improvements. The route consists mainly of city trails, with a brief portion on city streets, featuring a mostly flat course with a few minor hills. Enjoy running through residential areas, campgrounds, wooded regions, and fields. An untimed leisurely walk is also available for participants who prefer a shorter distance, completing with a t-shirt and refreshments. Experience the joy of community and exercise amidst beautiful scenery.
