Lake Davidson Sprint Triathlon

The Lake Davidson Sprint Triathlon is a USAT sanctioned event held on the Trane Technologies campus in Davidson, NC. It includes a swim with an in-water start, a moderately hilly bike loop through rural Mecklenburg County, and a slightly hilly run on campus. The triathlon is designed to accommodate both beginners and experienced triathletes, with the swim course often having flat water and the bike and run courses featuring manageable hills. Swim caps are provided for participants to indicate their swim wave.
