Life in Color 5K

This event is a fundraiser for Grand Valley Oncology's Survivorship program, supporting programs for cancer patients and caregivers, like yoga and nutrition classes. The event features a 5K run or walk and a Fun Run/Walk option on a mixed-terrain course around the Community Hospital. Participants can enjoy themed activities such as a paint hug and rock painting station. The event encourages colorful costumes to symbolize cancer's varied impacts. A timing chip is available for those opting for the timed 5K. The event promotes sustainability by encouraging participants to bring their own water bottles as it is a cupless race.
