Lime Creek Timber Trot

This endurance event is a trail run held at the Lime Creek Nature Center. The trails traverse restored open prairie and wooded areas, bordered by the Winnebago River. Participants can choose from multiple race options, all utilizing chip timing. The event accommodates both competitive runners and those preferring a leisurely experience. Awards include trophies for overall male and female winners and medals for age group placers. Registered participants receive a gift card to a sponsor's store, with an option for a tech fabric race shirt. Entry fees, plus an additional sponsor donation, directly support Lime Creek Nature Center Programs. Parts of the trail may be rocky, and spikes are not permitted.
