Mel Williams Memorial Seashore 50K presented by Brooks

The endurance event takes place at First Landing State Park with a two-loop trail run starting and ending at the boat ramp. There are two aid stations available providing fluids and food, but participants must bring their own cupless supplies. Race amenities include a Brooks shirt for registrants and a medal for finishers. An 8-hour time limit is in place, with awards for top performers in various categories. Registration is online only, with no race day registration. Discounts are offered for club members, and packet pickup is available prior to the event. Refunds are possible with conditions.
