Murphysboro Mud Monster Run - Obstacle Course

The Murphysboro Mud Monster is an obstacle and mud challenge held at Riverside Park in Murphysboro, Illinois. Participants navigate over 18 obstacles that include mud trenches, foam pits, ice baths, and teamwork challenges. The event offers food and drink, and each runner receives a custom finisher's medal and t-shirt. Participants must be 13 or older, with those 21 and over receiving a beer ticket.
