Oil Boom Gravel Ride

Welcome to the 4th annual Oil Boom Gravel Ride!
A portion of the proceeds will go towards supporting the local mountain bike community. Thank you for your contribution.

You will be treated to a fully marked route offering incredible views on low traffic rural dirt roads. These routes are 90% dirt and offer an excellent mix of smooth clay between technical and twisty inclines. The ride is mostly shaded with a canopy of lush trees along the way. Be aware that the roads are open and you will likely encounter tractors, ATV's, deer, rabbits, chipmunks, bears, eagle, osprey, heron, fishers, and maybe the occasional automobile.

Although this ride is self supported, we will offer a sweep car with limited tools and tubes or to bring you back if needed. There will also be spring water available at the start/finish/parking area for all participants.

The parking area is private property, please do not park there any time other than the day of this event. For campers there are several campsites and airbnb's in the nearby proximity. 

We have a strict no tolerance policy for litter. Pack in pack out. The Oil Boom would like to thank our previous participants for their dedication to keeping Pennsylvania beautiful.
