Rockford Road Runners Turkey Trot

The Rockford Road Runners Turkey Trot is the area's oldest race, traditionally a fundraiser for the Rock River Valley Food Pantry, raising significant amounts over the years. Participants are encouraged to make donations while registering. The trail race features a course with various natural challenges like hills and rocks. The event has a mass start and utilizes chip timing with a guess-your-time format. Participants should register online, as there is no race day registration. Special race shirts are available for preorder and can be picked up on the event day. Results and random giveaways are featured post-race.
