Saint Paul 5K Spirit Run/Walk and 1/2 mile Kids Dash

The event features a scenic course through Old Oak and the backroads of Manchester Meadows. Participants will receive an immediate text/email with their finishing time as they cross the finish line, and an updated list of results will be available online. Packet pick-up is available both before race day and on the day itself. A special discount is available for veterans. The event offers awards for top male and female overall finishers, masters, Clydesdale and Athena categories, and top three in numerous age divisions. T-shirts are guaranteed for early registrants, and additional supplies will be provided as available.
