The Spring Lake 5 Mile Run

The Spring Lake Five Mile Run, organized by the dedicated Spring Lake Five Race Committee and Race Director Ed Hale, offers athletes an opportunity to participate in one of the nation's top running events. Managed by the not-for-profit Friends of the Spring Lake Five Inc., this race not only challenges runners but also supports local charities, volunteer organizations, town initiatives, and Spring Lake Recreation. Since 2002, the event has made a substantial impact by donating over $3.7 million to various causes and projects, underscoring its strong commitment to community support.
