Coastrek is Australia’s premier hiking challenge for women. The birthplace of Coastrek back in 2009, the Sydney Coastrek route journeys along some of the most iconic and beautiful coastal trails in the world.

Choose your adventure! Walk 60km, 45km or 30km along some of Australia’s most spectacular coastlines and do something great for your own health and happiness, while fundraising for mental health. From La Perouse to Kirribilli, you’ll experience world-class beaches, pristine national parks and views of sparkling Sydney Harbour.
