Wildcat Mountain Trail Races

These races take place starting at the Douglas County East/West trail head at Rocky Heights Middle School and runs along the E/W trail to the beautiful HRCA Backcountry Wilderness Area, Wildcat Mountain trail system. Due to eagle nesting and federal laws, the bluff overlook on the 10M course will be closed. The course will take a slightly different route to make up for that portion of the trail.

We race rain, shine, sleet or snow 99% of the time! However, in the case of severe weather (lightning, tornado, bomb cyclone, hurricane, tsunami) and the course becomes inaccessible and/or pose a major safety danger to participants, the race may be postponed.
