The race starts from Miracles Square in the centre of Pisa, finishing next to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, at Baptister line.Athletes will run the path measured by FIDAL, Italian Athletic Federation (departure, riversides, district of Porta a Mare, La Vettola, San Piero a Grado, via Bigattiera, Tirrenia and Marina di Pisa, Viale d’Annunzio, Porta a Mare, Bridge of Cittadella, via Roma, Via Santa Maria, dei Miracoli and Piazza).

Marathon results
Youssef Sbaai (2:15:23) bested more than close to 1,500 runners to win the Pisa Marathon in western Italy.
Mutai John Kipkorir (2:19:15) finished just a second ahead of Carmine Buccilli (2:19:16) for second.

Half Marathon results
Paolo Gallo (1:09:47) outpaced more than 1,800 runners to win the Pisa Half Marathon.
Federico Meini earned runner-up honors with a time of 1:11:54.
In a tight race for third, Stefano Politi (1:12:17) managed to hold off Lorenzo Martinelli (1:12:22) and Ioannis Magkriotelis (1:12:32).
For the women, it was Federica Proietti (1:15:59) coming in comfortably ahead of the field.
Laura Papagna took second with a time of 1:19:39.
Anna Russkikh (1:21:32) rounded out the top three.
