2023 adidas Stockholm Marathon results; Melaku, Moges runs away with titles

 Felix Kirwa outran roughly 9507 runners to win with a time of 02:11:08. Merhawi Kesete earned runner-up honours with a time of 02:11:45. John Langat got the third place in 02:12:39. 
 In the women’s race,  Tsige Haileslase won the race with a time of 02:31:48 , followed by Pauline Korikwiang who finished with a time of 02:32:18. Rounding out the top three was Mercy Kwambau with a time of 02:33:43.

Review of the 2022 Stockholm Marathon - A Beautiful City and Huge Race!

 Lawi Kiptui finished first in 02:13:30. Dominic Kimwetich Kangor earned runner-up honours with a time of 02:16:22. Rounding out the top three was Stephen Kiplimo with a time of 02:17:01. 
 In the ladies race,  it was Mikaela Larsson who took the top spot in 02:40:28 . She finished 3 minutes 27 secondes ahead of Beji Bekelu. Finishing third was Caroline Almkvist (02:44:49).

 Abrha Milaw grinded past more than 12572 runners to win in 02:11:36. Samuel Getachew secured second in this year’s race with a time of 02:12:27. The third place went to Samuel Kalalei with a time of 02:12:36 
 In the women’s race,  it was Konjit Tilahun who took the top spot in 02:35:45 , followed by Balaynesh Shifera who finished with a time of 02:36:00. While Alice Kibor came in third at 02:36:19

Results 2017: ASICS Stockholm Marathon

 Almost 13,000 runners crossed the finish line at the 38th edition of the §race_link(1232) this weekend. 
 Stanley Kipchirchir Koech scored victory with a record time of 02:10:58. Daniel Kiprop Limo secured second in this year’s race with a time of 02:12:00. Finishing third was Benjamin Bitok (02:14:01). Runners from Kenya secured the Top 5 places. 
 In the ladies race,  it was Jane Moraa Onyangi (02:31:46) taking the top spot, ahead of Isabellah Andersson (02:35:47). Andersson couldn’t get her 8th victory in the race. After finishing 7th last year,  Charlotte Karlsson came in third at 02:46:29

Results: ASICS Stockholm Marathon

 Isabellah Andersson won the ASICS Stockholm Marathon for the 7th time with a time of 02:34:14. She had already won the race in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014. 
 Eunice Jeptoo took the second place in 02:34:59 and Meseret Legese Biratu the third place in 02:35:24. 
 Yekeber Bayabel won the men’s division with a time of 02:18:22. Mohammad Jafar Moradi finished the 26.2 miles in 02:21:09 to take the second place. Fredrik Johansson completed the podium with a time of 02:23:05. 
 14,833 runners crossed the finish line.  Next year, the §race_link(1232)  will take place on June 4th 2016.

Seventh victory for Isabellah Andersson in Stockholm

 16,736 runners started the §race_link(1232) and 16,075 completed the race. This is a new record number of finishers. 
 Local runner Isabellah Andersson crossed the finish line after 02:32:28. This is the 6th victory for the Kenyan born runner. Asnakech Mengitsu (ETH – 02:34:57) came second, Lydia Jerotich Rutto (KEN – 02:36:28) third. 
 Benjamin Bitok (KEN) won the men’s race in 02:13:21, followed by his compatriot Nixon Machichin (02:14:07). The Ethiopian Dereje Woldegiyorgis took the third place (02:14:29). 
 The 37th edition of the ASICS Stockholm Marathon will take place on Saturday 30 May 2015.
