 Half Marathon results 
 Abayneh Degu Tsehay (1:01:43) topped more than 1,300 runners to win the 9th annual Lago Maggiore Half Marathon in Stresa, Italy. 
Emmanuel Kibet (1:02:28) edged Nicholas Mulinge Makau (1:02:29) to earn runner-up honors.

 For the women, it was Hellen Nzembi Musyoka (1:13:04) winning the Lake Maggiore waterfront race with ease. 
In a close race for second, Helen Bekele Tola (1:15:37) bested Alice Gaggi (1:15:54).
