Parkersburg News and Sentinel Half Marathon and Two Mile Race


 Half Marathon results 
 Kimutai Cheruiyot cruised past a field of more than 700 to win the Parkersburg News and Sentinel Half Marathon around Parkersburg, West Virginia with a time of 1:02:54. 
In a three-way race for second decided by 13 seconds, it was Josphat Kiptanui Too (1:05:22) coming in ahead of Julius Koskei (1:05:30) and Nicholas Kipngetich (1:05:35). 
For the women, it was Buze Diriba taking the top spot with a time of 1:12:56. 
Runner-up Hannah Wanjiru (1:13:44) was able to hold off Aubrey Moskal (1:13:55) to secure second. 
Both came in within a minute of Diriba.
