Buckeye Marathon

The marathon route boasts a significant descent of over 640 feet from start to finish, providing an edge for a personal best. All races conclude at the Buckeye Municipal Airport, with shorter distances starting there as well, while the Marathon kicks off at Festival Foothills Elementary School. Convenient transportation is available from the finish line to the marathon start. This is a certified course (certification #AZ14011JOE), perfect for qualifying for major events. Precision is key with all races featuring chip timing. Marathoners face a course closure time of 6 hours, maintaining at least a 13:45/mile pace. Your participation supports the City of Buckeye Youth Scholarship Fund, opening up recreational opportunities for young athletes.
