Golden Gallop

"Howdy Folks! Welcome to Golden, where the west RUNS!" The Golden Gallop is Golden’s biggest annual race, traversing a scenic course through downtown beneath the iconic Golden 'Welcome' arch. The event welcomes runners, dogs, and even strollers, though participants with dogs or strollers start towards the back. Choose from four events, including podium awards for both genders and age groups, with additional bonus prizes for record-breakers. Serving as a fundraiser for the Golden Schools Foundation, it generates significant support for local education. Participate and be part of this unique community tradition, supporting Golden's schools and educational programs.
