JMB Memorial Run

The JMB Memorial 5K and Fun Run is an event organized in honor of Joe Mike Baker, an avid runner who was beloved in the Sandy Bottom Community. His friends and family created this event to raise funds for scholarships benefiting high school seniors dedicated to community service, continuing Joe Mike's legacy. Since its inception, the event's generosity, driven by sponsors and participants, has provided over $31,500 in scholarships to 32 deserving students. With awards presented to top performers in various age groups, the event celebrates running, community involvement, and the enduring memory of Joe Mike.
