National Trails Day 5k

Celebrate National Trails Day with a scenic run or walk at High Bridge Trail State Park. Enjoy a wide, level course on this historic rail-to-trail conversion, including crossing the iconic High Bridge. Sponsored by Friends of High Bridge Trail, all proceeds benefit park programs. Local businesses provide raffle prizes for participants. The event starts and finishes at Camp Paradise Road, Rice, VA. Registration fees apply, and a $5 state park parking fee is mandatory. While strollers and pets are not permitted, family registration discounts encourage participation together.
