The Alumni and Friends 5k Race/Walk at Northwood University invites participants to run or walk along the team’s favorite training routes, enjoy the autumn scenery, and connect with current team members, staff, and alumni. The event takes place on campus and nearby trails, with ample parking available. Participants receive a Northwood XC/TF t-shirt with entry, while alumni discounts and reduced fees for youth are offered. The weekend also includes a home football game between Northwood and Ashland University.
