The Marakez Pyramids Half Marathon

ROUTE: The race course is fully pedestrianised and is staffed by The TriFactory event organisers and volunteers. The 5K course is fairly flat, while the 10K and 21K courses feature several rolling hills and inclines, including the long decline down to the Sphinx and resulting incline on the way back up towards the Finish Line. 100% authentic. 100% amazing. The Marakez Pyramids Half Marathon takes you up close and personal to the last remaining Ancient Wonder of the World. Each distance features a one-lap race course that is timed using the MyLaps Timing System, the same system deployed at major sports events across the world, including the Olympic Games and the Boston Marathon.
