Gear up for The Cleveland Experience in America's Rock & Roll capital! The Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon boasts one of the flattest and fastest courses nationwide, offering full marathon, half marathon, 10K, and 5K events. Perfect for those aiming to qualify for Boston or simply enjoy a brisk 10K. Participants are treated to a scenic “tour” of Cleveland and the comprehensive amenities of a world-class event, all starting at the “Q,” the Cleveland Cavaliers' home. Runners can expect excellent volunteer support and breathtaking views of downtown Cleveland, Lake Erie, and major city landmarks. At the finish line, celebrate your achievement at the 26.3-mile Rock Party with live entertainment, food vendors, and a beer garden.

Just like the marathon, the half marathon features a relatively fast and flat course, great volunteer support and a scenic view of downtown Cleveland and its major landmarks. The course has been designed for our athletes to enjoy views of Browns Stadium, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Lake Erie and many other Cleveland highlights. The 13.1 mile course mirrors the first half of the marathon course through mile 12. Half marathoners will turn off at that time, but finish at the same location as the marathoners.

All half marathon runners and walkers will receive a goodie bag, T-shirt, and a PDF results book that will be posted online after the race. Half marathon finishers will receive a unique finishers medallion with an electric guitar that spins.
