WGPAL Donut Dash 5K

The Donut Dash event is set in the charming Downtown Winter Garden. Participants can choose to run or walk through picturesque neighborhoods and along Lake Apopka. With an inviting twist, runners can eat donuts at designated donut zones, each donut eaten reduces their finish time. Proceeds benefit the Winter Garden Police Athletic League, funding a summer camp and a holiday program for underprivileged children. Celebrations include live music, sponsor tents, and giveaways. All entrants receive medals, with additional awards for top finishers and best donut costume. The event is family-friendly, featuring a kid's fun-run and encourages community participation.
